facebook collect and sell data, what does this mean

I read this article

Its interesting that facebook is getting exposed now for what it is. And what is it? a net for government intelligence and information for industry on consumers. Its interesting how websites have these terms and conditions that are a mile long. how can consumers be expected to understand what they all mean. if the government could be regulating anything online. it would be nice if they could regulate the way people that create sites regulate the flow of that information collected outside that site. create some basic consumer standards that sites use be created. a kind of consumer EFN badge to a contract or something. personal details I reckon should not be able to be bought or sold and even government agencies that use information i reckon need to be sued. surely people outside the US have some kind of moral rights to their personal details. how can this data be used by agencies and corporations without permission. how can an online consumer be expected to read all the fine print and then understand the consequences of that fine print. It really looks like the US has turned into the fully fascist state, the future looks kind of ugly under the terms that the US government create.

Its interesting to see George Bush visit africa (on a rare visit to a TV i had) and to have so much support (were those people cheering being paid?), I watch a speech that George Bush says. we give money on the condition that democracy be protected and that the money goes to the right people. the crazy thing is that US version of democracy is one that says- do as we say and if your democracy does not agree with what our democracy says democracy is we shall over throw your government (using a minority that we shall arm). Then when that power gets to power the US intelligence might create another that does the same. How could any president in Africa claim that the US is a friend of Africa. Basically the US go in and get the resources of a country divided up for exploitation by foreign companies. Any country that would like to nationalize those resources for the people in places like South America or Africa would be seen as a communist or terrorist by the US government. Anyway thats my view on the US as of now.

In Tanzania G.bush is giving out nets to keep the bugs of children. Tanzania has a lot of resources and if those resources were exploited the right way the people of that country would not to be at the mercy of the US. This is strange form of democracy that is being exported out of the US.

I watched some interesting documentaries recently that were created by noam chomski and john pilger. the war against democracy the new rulers of the world. Kind of sad if what these people are saying is true. Means we are all living in the biggest fraud ever.
